1. Ordering your job with us is without hassle. The process begins with us giving you a quotation when requested. Request for a quotation can be made through our website, akaytrinity.com.
2. Once the job has been confirmed, you can send us your artwork in Adobe Illustrator(ai) or Adobe PDF(pdf) file format with resolution of at least 300 dpi. If the artwork is good to go, initial payment can be made to us for the job to be printed.
3. If you have difficulty coming up with an artwork, we do offer services in this area.
4. To get the job started, an initial payment of 60% deposit has to be made. The balance of 40% payment has to be made once the job has been completed before delivery/collection of goods.
5. Once the initial payment confirmation has been received, we will process the job for print. If payment is made through cash deposit machine(CDM)/cheque deposit machine, kindly email the bank in slip to us(email@example.com) together with information on the job number, contact person and contact number in order for us to process it for prompt confirmation of payment.
6. A confirmation of payment email will be sent out once payment has been confirmed.
